While dealing with the pandemic is obviously the current top
priority of the Biden Administration, once COVID is behind us Joe and the
Democrats must deal with the issues that arose during the Trump disaster.
These include –
* Repealing the outdated Electoral College. The popular vote must be the only
determination of who wins the presidential election. If
there had been no Electoral College there would have been no Trump presidency –
Hillary got about 3 Million more votes in the 2016 election than Trump.
* Passing legislation requiring candidates for President
and Vice President to make at least 5 years of tax returns public.
* Passing legislation requiring the President and Vice
President to totally divest themselves of (i.e. sell off) all business interests
and other investments – putting their cash in blind trusts.
We can never assume that a presidential candidate, or an elected President, has any basic integrity or honesty - or even intelligence. Trump obviously had no integrity, no honesty and no intelligence.
